Learning How to Learn

by bam

Most of us were never taught how to study, so we reread, highlight, and cram, which feel productive but fade fast. This course replaces those habits with what cognitive science actually shows works: retrieval practice, spaced repetition, interleaving, sleep, and deliberate practice. Each lesson is cited to the original research. By the end you'll have a study system you can run on any subject, and know why each piece earns its place.
