Your admin home and brand settings

At a glance (/admin)

The admin landing opens with your school's headline numbers: learners, active enrollments, courses published (with how many are still unvetted), completions, open problem reports, and interest and leads. Each number links to the page where you act on it, so "3 open problem reports" takes you straight to the triage list. The platform owner also sees new curriculum feedback, media awaiting review, and upcoming live sessions. A tile with an open queue is outlined in your accent color. The full tool list is right below, and the sidebar still reaches everything.

Brand settings (/admin/settings)

Brand admins can change the school themselves, no code change and no support ticket:

  • Name, tagline, accent colors, with a live preview. Changes apply on the next page load.
  • Identity and images: everything a school needs to look like itself, each with a preview, and each optional (leave a field empty to fall back to the platform default):
    • Wordmark: the text in the site header, when you want it different from the full name.
    • Short name: the label under the app icon when a learner installs your school as an app.
    • Theme color: tints the browser chrome and the installed-app splash screen.
    • Logo URL: a square image (512x512 or larger) used as the installed-app icon and in the structured data search engines read.
    • Favicon URL: the small browser-tab icon.
    • Default social card URL: the 1200x630 image shown when your home page is shared on social platforms. If you leave it empty, the platform generates a branded card for you.
    • Image fields take https URLs only; upload the file to your media host (for example Cloudinary) first, then paste the URL and check the preview that appears under the field.
    • The Saved brand card at the top of the page shows how the saved logo, wordmark, tagline, and accent render together right now.
  • Gamification dose: off, light (streaks and mastery), or full (adds XP, levels, badges).
  • AI tutor: turn the tutor and sentence coach off for this brand.
  • Age gate: require an age check before entering the site.
  • Coming soon: show a launch holding page instead of the catalog. While it is on, the "notify me" form collects signups even if the lead funnel toggle is off.
  • Commodity Map: the interactive origins map at /explore (needs seeded map data).
  • Learning paths: puts /paths in the menu; build the tracks at Admin → Learning paths.
  • Lead funnel: accept "notify me" signups; the list lands at Admin → Interest & leads.

Every setting applies only to your school. Settings save through your own domain, so nothing here can read or change another brand.

Nobody has written the narration for this one yet. It is listed here so the gap is visible rather than forgotten; an invented script would read as approved copy.
