Marketing tools (/admin/marketing)

One brand-admin page collects every marketing lever that exists today. Everything on it is scoped to your school only.

Signals

The top row shows your captured leads (with a link to Interest & leads), the courses with the most people waiting, and how often the in-app Share buttons were used, by channel.

Course announcements

See which published courses have not been announced yet, then open the announcement manager to send a batch to the WitUS Outbox as social-post drafts (nothing publishes automatically; you pick the profiles in the Outbox).

Compose announcement drafts a new-course email from the course's real title and description: pick a course, edit the subject and message, then copy them or open in your email app. Nothing sends from inside the app; you send it through your own email tool. You can also save the draft as a campaign draft.

Promo codes

Create brand-wide percentage discount codes (mirrored to a Stripe coupon when Stripe is configured), list active codes, and remove them.

Sales and promotions

Discounts that need no code. See the Sales and promotions help article.

Email campaigns

Compose and save campaign drafts with a live audience count (leads or enrolled learners). Sending is intentionally disabled until the audience, consent, and unsubscribe rules are decided; until then, send a saved draft through your own email tool.

  1. /admin/marketing

Everything you use to bring people to a course lives on one page. What people are waiting for, what has been shared, what has not been announced yet, your promo codes, and your announcement drafts.

  2. The signals row: leads and shares

Start at the top. These are people who asked to be told when a course opens, and the courses they are waiting for. That list is the warmest audience you have, and it costs nothing to serve it first.

  3. Course announcements section

Below that is every published course that has never been announced. If a course is doing nothing, this is usually why. The batch tool drafts social posts for them; nothing posts by itself, it writes drafts for you to approve.

  4. Compose announcement form

For email, pick a course and the form writes a subject and a message from that course's own title, description, and link. Edit it however you like, then copy it, or open it in your mail app.

  5. Compose announcement, the honest note

Read that line carefully: nothing is sent from inside the app. We are not going to grow a mailing list quietly in the background. Bulk sending needs consent, unsubscribe handling, and bounce handling done properly, or it puts your sign-in emails at risk, so it waits until those decisions are made.

  6. Promo codes panel

Promo codes work the same way they do in Stripe, because they are the same codes. Create one here, share it, and it applies at checkout.

  7. Email campaign drafts panel

Drafts you save show up here with the audience count you would be writing to. Think of it as a queue that is ready the day sending is turned on.
